Leunen is a village in the municipality of Venray. The municipality of Venray has an urban core and is therefore equipped with all the facilities that may be expected from a city. Due to the many roads (A73 Venlo-Nijmegen) and Eindhoven Airport / Düsseldorf, the horse industry has excellent accessibility and location due to the many show location in this region.

The house was expanded and modernized in 2012 and consists of a detached house to use for a staff house. The house is heated by a c.v. combi boiler and is partly equipped with floor heating. The garden is located around the house and furnished with various terraces, lawn, garden shed and ornamental paving.
The paved driveway to the facility can be closed by an automatic drive-through gate and a pedestrian gate. Parking spaces for cars, trailers and trucks have been realized in various places on the facility and can be reached via the asphalted paths.
Ground floor house
Through the entrance (west side plot) you can reach the hall where the meter is placed, staircase to the 1st floor. Where you find access to the kitchen and living room.
