The living area
The more than 155 sqm owner's apartment is located on the ground floor of the property. Not only visually separated by a wooden fence with a garden gate, this apartment offers a certain degree of privacy with its own garden and a cozy, partially covered terrace. Here you can easily withdraw and spend relaxing hours. From the entrance you get to the spacious living-dining area with open kitchen and cooking island. This professional riding facility was only built in 2006/07 and consists of a main building, two auxiliary buildings and a large outdoor riding arena. The main building is divided into an L-shaped stable complex with 30 boxes and various service areas, a 25 x 60 m cantilever riding arena with an irrigation system and a two-story residential building.
In addition to the office, there is also a cozy riding room with panoramic windows and a view of the riding arena, a fireplace, a brick counter and a cozy outdoor terrace near the outdoor riding arena.
The spacious owner's apartment with a chimney corner, fitted kitchen and sufficient privacy in your own garden and on the covered terrace is located in the adjoining residential wing. On the upper floor there are four
